XPED was listed on the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board ASSOB and raising capital successfully through the ASSOB investor network throughout 2015. Raya discovered XPED on ASSOB as they are registered investors on the ASSOB platform and offered to back the technology into the Raya shell as after extensive international due diligence they were convinced the Xped technology was novel and very scalable. ASSOB helped facilitate the deal between Raya and Xped to ensure the best interests of Xped and the investors that came through ASSOB were protected. The result is a spectacular opportunity for the Raya and Xped share holders and all those who wish to join XPE on the journey.
