I was always afraid of opportunistic, low-ball, initial offer being accepted by the management....BUT, looks like not even that has eventuated...
Just makes me wonder as to why the market cannot see the potential in what we have to offer or is the appetite totally gone bust for taking on new projects/JVs/TO/tie-ups/buyouts etc etc...
Or is this what everyone has put into the "too hard" basket?
