It is fine to assume a value of x but this does not magically create a CRUX sale, drill some wells, find some gas and condensate, sell it to the market and deliver the profits to the share holder. It is simply a valuation of assets and with out action they remain just that Assets.

I have been following a sml cap explorer it has a stock analysist's report suggesting a value of $1.09c its current price is 4c. It has assets in the ground valued at over 2 billion dollars but spread across a dozen projects. The market is not stupid they know that in the ground these projects are near worthless and hence the price sits at 4c.

Yes NXS probably does have an up side but until CRUX is sold and the wells are drilled at long tom and the gas is sold and the money put in the bank they remain just that, non producing assets.

NXS Has a history of procrastination over the development of its projects and investors are sick of it. NO action no SP rise its simple. Don't believe everything you read in the glossy phamphlett only believe what's written on the cheque when the dividend payment arrives.
