I'm a long term holder, in this up to my ears like many others. Not sure I share the same sentiment with the capital raising as others, probably because I don't understand it well. I can understand why they are dealing with instos instead of just trying to raise from existing holders, surely with the market/segment performance over recent months there would be zero certainty in that strategy? I'm thrilled the directors are buying (back) in - the most concerning signal to me was director selling some months ago. My only real gripe, why the directors get the options to the full level of their SPP, PLUS another $15000? That's double-dipping that is surely poking the tongue at shareholders? Really appreciating thoughts of more learned posters, no doubt in my mind this is the most important vote shareholders have participated in with PEK.
