I desperately want PBT2 to be a success but this US analyst can't just be dismissed as a shorter. He makes some valid points.

There were several Executive Function tests undertaken - Fluency Test, Trail Marking A, Trail Marking B, Map Search, Symbol Digit, Modalities and Stroop Word Ready. It was only the Trail Marking B that showed statistically significant improvement. The average of all scores showed no statistically significant change.

Perhaps someone with expertise in the area can explain why having no change amongst an average for all the tests, but a good result for one, is grounds to say there was cognitive improvement.

I want this analyst to be wrong but playing the man and not the issues he raises is not going to help. Unfortunately there is no opportunity for questions in tomorrows conference call, so hoping someone can answer this.
