Sadly, no-one that knows the facts will be posting on this site. Someone has sold a lot and someone has Bought a lot. Could just be taking a position in anticipation of improved performance to be announced at the end of this month. A takeover won't happen tomorrow, but I agree that if someone did offer $1.40 for LHG it would end up going for more.
