this is true however that managment note did the calculations at 70cents in the dollar, it dipped well below that, and is still below .70 and, it also assumed that rates in the usa would stay stable, they havent so they get a new ebit advantage, lower interest,...and of course there is the massive advantage of oil from $60 now at $40..
