On all metrics TAH is worth 3.75, for example fair value is (((((eps x P/E))))...ozzie dummies taking a profit and dumping of atop stock, shows why super returns are down.
These are what they call dips.
Now let me be specific here....TAH has not down graded any of its metrics..there is NO market report saying :::hey boys we have cocked up..ergo sum quad, fair value is safe.
Now lets factor in a win in court and its a no brainier that $600 million will boast TAH balance sheet..and if they lose in Court well that aint going to shake fair value, much from $3.75.
Its a moot point if some DH analyst advises taking a profit, compared to the potential of a decent a BIG punt...selling out now, albeit at aprofit..is crazy.
