That worked up to a point but they've gone too far now and that has spawned a whole new black market in illegal tobacco with $BILLIONS up for grabs for criminal gangs. The black market can sell at half the price and make $BILLIONS
Same with the govts silly attempts at banning vapes, it won't work, it can't work, criminals will sell them and make a lot of money.
