    I feel really bad for workers loosing money, if this so ... I mean I'm upset because we bought within those "announcments" and feel particularly riped off but then I was just over it, but it's not right for employees to miss out ... now I find myself looking back at this thread.

    Sorry, I am asking without having researched this but where are ASIC with this are they looking into it all ?
