Some reports on or around the 18th of Feb 2008 suggest they are. Once again you only need to look at the trade history within previous days of the “Administrators” officially being appointed. I guess all will come out at the Creditors Meeting later this month. It could be suggested they should because the market was mislead by the dissemination of disinformation and even to the point of propaganda.
In the very least, the Corporate Management should be barred from operating a public company, and a possible few Corporate Board of Directors, should be questioned in relation to the dealings both internally and externally. If you look at the history of this company even before it was VRE, It’s really a dog’s breakfast.
Oh well, its something to write off in tax.
