The only way us shareholders have any chance of a return on equity is for Management to finally decide that their ill gotten gains have filled their pockets so full they don't need any more. Could you really see that happening.
I have been a holder for years watching their bonus grabs. Their latest excuse for poor performance is the OZ floods.
Management aside it may be a great company but seriously why own shares in something if you can't get any return because Management gets it all.
This is not a down ramp. Who would want to down ramp to buy cheep shares with nil return potential due to greedy management.
