the substantial notice

Having read through it all it is clear that VPE have a much bigger holding than 5.55%. That notice is from 17/5/10 where ITC's list only shows Berne at 3.8%.

Over the past few days there has been good volumes which we can assume is VPE. I mentioned the buying would be aggressive once they went substantial and that has happened.

12mill yesterday and 28mill today and you would bet the bulk are theres.

I have them close to 10% by now.

But who is Zero then - an investor group or another nominee buyer who still may step up to the plate.

The aggression may have been shown as they may well be aware who it is and what the upper hand.
