    I understand, that the first person who will live to a 150 is alive today.

    Maybe, but what does that mean? I doubt it will mean that the expected life span of a child born today will be much, if any, greater than his parents. Trauma treatment is improving apace, but we stopped killing ourselves in accidents at a demographically significant rate, a couple of decades ago.

    Slovenliness is the new epidemic. It shows primarily in obesity and diabetes but with low level pollution of the heavy metals and plastics [not CO2 and sulphates from smoke stacks] we will see no improvement in cancer rates. Sugars and bad diet will keep heart attacks high. Slovenliness also leads to drug and alcohol abuse which is not abating.

    Besides Joe Sixpack could not afford [or wish] to live that long and his government could not pay for it either.
