Sinopec might be their preferred option, however I cannot see the regulators approving a Chinese majority ownership.
Sinopec are also unlikely to offer Justyn Daniel Peters a position on their Board.

GEV is actively seeking unconventional gas producers/suppliers atm....

I think it is more likely that a script offer will come from left field. Maybe with a small cash sweetener (and a position the board for Justyn).
