If CVI's asetts are real and legitimate and if Fortitude's asetts are real and legitimate and if Fortitude's intent is genuine then the company will not fold if MS does not call the shots anymore.
There will still be a group of people with genuine assets and genuine intent to make something happen.
What the company will lack for a while is a skilful connected person to help CVI do it.
