All those things are positive result....CR details, 100% finalisation and adjusted timeline, Indie results, indelendent peer evaluation, prospectus.......

We were informed back in June these were pending, and finally we will recieve on Wednesday, maybe more maybe less but we will know tomorrow or even after trade today.....

Trying to be practical, can you see NXR changing tack? Just think what they could return to if not proceed? Assets sold? Hmmmm

This ann will be Huge though, they have taken time to review and proof read, and of course have the legal guys sanction the documents...

I am more confident things are ramping up nicely and the delay has settled the fears l had at being Monday......its great they are taking time to get this right.....cant think they would release a sh..tful ann as we previously experienced
I heard the NXR team has been in Sydney....another positive in my book.
