    I think  shorns76 has made a good point - From announcement on 19/10/2015:

    "The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement before​
    commencement of trading on Wednesday, 21 October 2015"

    They must have a lot to get through. I would imagine if an announcement is not made by the end of today they may request an extension which will be released after market tonight or tomorrow (imo)
