    Is the debt funding linked to the renegotiated JV? It was not clear from the ann especially the part that said it expected to conclude all aspects of the JV this Friday but did not also say this would include the debt funding. You could take this to mean the debt funding is inclusive or exclusive of the JV discussions. Anyone have any ideas?
