The new HK investor would be the entity directly providing use the debt facility. The renegotiated JV is with WEG as it states it's a renegotiation. This new HK investor might be buying into the WEG half of the JV, like SS&T did, so we might not conclude the debt funding unless this renegotiated JV is concluded as well.
