I think you will find that part of those $24m will go toward the bond. If we were to allocate that money towards the bond, and clear that obstacle, all the money coming in from the sale of iron ore can go immediately towards infrastructure spending and/or towards Watpac.

I am only guessing here but, being a number man, that is how I can figure that one out. We need the money from the selling of Iron Ore to help us in moving forward, not to go towards paying a bond.
