Hey brother, yeah noticed just recently... Plenty of evidence of borderline slanderous comments against a number of Directors & not just Tolga won,t help his cause..

I had contacted the HC, ASIC and the Fair Trade ombudsman asking for a review & received feedback saying basically it wasn,t their jurisdiction..

So am encouraged that Tolga has taken the fight to the place where precedence has previously shown twitter accounts proven to be liable and also the law in Australia appears to view the platform as a publisher and hence also liable to be sued over action perletrated by account users...

So def seems like shite just hit the fan.... 8H
