If this was a company where the director was appointed to the position by a board to achieve a goal then yes I could see your issue.
This man spent several years (and his own money) in pre preparation and then brought this resource fast tracked to the public market with the goal to create a mine and look at what has been achieved since only February. That's why I don't share your concerns.
