THE REASON WHY: Because mining as an industry experiences delays. It is rare for a mine to be built on time and at budget cost. We have already experienced it with a 1 year delay in mining start projected (Q4 2023 moved to Q4 2024) for the 19.5 ktpa. There will be more delays folks, but the promised land is still in our future.

Also, from what I read of wall street and investment strategies, the #1 thing about capital investors is that they cannot put it all on the table for massive gains. Their first goal (usually) is to avoid loss. Talga is a risky business, which is why we are all here. we see the upside. The big money I think will wait until all of the above, or perhaps wait until the mine is up and running.

If you look at the top 5 today vs top 5 last year. JP Morgan, Citicorp and Smedvig. They all cashed out.
