There was some confusion about this previously due to this newsletter from Talga: https://mailchi.mp/e4539097beeb/talga-nyhetsbrev-september?e=21a115d90c
It said: “Nunasvaara Södra - Talga's permit application process for environmental permits is proceeding with ongoing correspondence with the Land and Environmental Court. Talga is currently preparing a second round of supplementary information for the court and the authorities and is looking forward to the possibility of the application being announced by the court this autumn.”
The consensus on here was that Talga had been engaging with the environmental court and they expected the application to be officially announced for deliberation by the court in autumn (now).
As far as I’m aware a decision still isn’t expected until next year.
