Prominent West Australian prospector and investor, Mark Creasy has entered into a $3m subscription agreement with small-cap stock, Zuleika Gold.
Zuleika Gold says the private placement with Creasy is at a 50 per cent premium to the company's prior closing price of $0.02 per share.
Proceeds from the private placement to underpin the Zuleika's ongoing high-impact drilling programs across multiple exploration targets at its Kalgoorlie gold projects.
Pursuant to the agreement and subject to the receipt of shareholder approval, Creasy's investment company, Yandal, will secure for 100,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.03 per share.
