Hi all. Just been reading back through some Talga stuff including Q&A's from the AGM and found this tidbit regarding off-takes that I'd probably not really understood properly previously. Given people seem to be getting a bit antsy about why we haven't signed anything I thought it was worth sharing.

Anyway, key bit I think I'd glossed over is the use of the phrase
"off-take agreements will be announced to the market when finalised"

To me this clearly indicates that offtake discussions are not just underway, but well advanced, and likely to be more than just a loose wishy-washy MOU like some other companies have been announcing.

And it makes sense. We have a product, that is currently going through large scale qualification tests with OEMs, testing at this scale is only worth it if there is serious consideration of actually adopting the product and supply/cost discussions would be a key part of that decision. More testing and better results (and skyrocketing demand) is only gonna work in our favour with negotiating the offtake terms - even if it takes a while longer.
