I think the Russia issue is defusing. I just saw the interview with Putin and the German Chancellor. There wasn't much to hear, but I think the conversation before that was more meaningful.
Germany is certainly giving in as usual. Putin already knows how to screw us. Some troops are supposedly already being withdrawn; not confirmed. He was asked about the withdrawal of troops. Then he talked and talked. At some point he asked the journalist if he could help him with the second question he asked. He had taken notes, but could not decipher themThen he talked on and on again. No word about withdrawal. He's a real (intelligent) ~scoundrel.
