Another question. Syrah are not in Europe anyway so for me it does not matter. They are in Africa , even Chilli and i think DRC are stopping mining or I think they want control.
So I think much better to look for players in Europe, much less hassle.
Vul for Lithium, EMN the only one for Manganese
For Graphite its Talga in Europe. Urbix are presenting next week with benchmark. Think they are American. Don't really understand it tbh.
