He does not pay taxes in Australia. I highly doubt he ever paid taxes at all.
He is more likely a fugitive, running away from the AFP - currently hiding in the Philippines where he is confronted with Black Philippinos every day, and he does not like it.
He wished he was back in Australia, but he knows he can't. If he ever came back, he knows he would be arrested and jailed.
