Hi Trees.... I'm speculating the bid gets taken at two point two.... then a discounted and very cheap placement engineered at two cents... If as Waynecat suspects its a fully underwritten offer to all existing share holders..... I would agree with his accessment and recommendation that as many holders as possible take up their entitlement..

We need the checks and balances in place that a diversified share register offers..... one large controlling stock holder emerging would not be a healthy outcome for this company.... especially if fully under written by whom we suspect... given his track record to date...
