listen I caught a taxi in 2006 from Coogee to Central. I told the driver I was from Perth. His ears pricked up. He started talking mining to first suss me out in case I was some rabid greenie. I took the cue and started talking gold.
Now this taxi driver knew more about gold and gold stocks than any broker in Australia. he was so excited talking to me he drove straight past Central. Anyway we swapped tips and info . I told him to sell MMN ( he will always remember me for that) and we agreed that one day CGT would come good, which it will now it owns a mind boggling amount of in ground gold. he held a whole range of stuff from NCM down. We agreed $100 a share would be a good exit price for NCM
I asked him why he still drove a taxi.
he said " always good to keep your day job"
Wise advise
Knowing the positions he held and his view I would say he will soon become a multi millionaire and buy a fleet of taxis with the profits and then employ guys who bought his gold stocks to drive his fleet
