The 50EMA is flattening off, with the SP trying to touch it each day.
More green bars on the daily recently. I think it could be turning.
Having the SP rise over the 50EMA again or an MACD crossover to positive would be a positive sign IMO.
Also, thinking about increasing traffic levels and Sydney / Melbourne opening back, an increase in dividend would drive the SP higher.
