market sensitive would be an announcment about agreeing scope for imec and the cost of that (e.g. similar to previous "imec collaboration update" annoucements).

this indicates to me they haven't yet signed on the dotted line for what the next phase is and what imec will do for them...

Both very likely reflecting on the discussion from last week and either 4ds are working on what they want to ask imec for, or imec are already pulling together a statement of work (fee, timeframes, outcomes etc.). Once 4DS agrees to that, we'll get an announcement.
