DM has continually said DRAM's not the target. If retention runs in to years, with sufficient speed, then this could open up the doors for the acquirer to pursue developing an all in one chip, NAND and DRAM. @Khoutam @mjshackl and co. Thoughts? and wouldn't change DM's stance, as that would be foolhardy at this stage.
