I feel they're now saying unlikely because TPT's major holders seem to not like the deal. If the majority of TPT SH don't like the deal, it's scary as hell for a JKA SH to be holding TPT shares after a T/O passes. One would be concerned these major TPT holders may want to sell out and go elsewhere.. The SP wouldn't look too good and any JKA holder who wants to lessen their exposure would need to sell at unpleasant prices.
