I can speak indonesian as well as australian so if its an australian or indian english speaking mob i talk in inodnesian - confuses em u keep talking to em they end up hanging up in the end.
I also have a horn (thats right a loud horn) and as they are talking i let it loose down the line (they hang up after about the third time)
I have a message on a tape recorder i play back as if its a answering machine (something along the lines of city morgue u kill em we burn em) they soon hang up as well.
