Another rubbish question because...
Galatians 3:
28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
The Gospel of Matthew doesn't depend on the audience as this verse promotes.
Matthew was an apostle who ministered to everybody so specific groups were not mentioned.
You appear to be incapable of understanding this simple point because your mate Paul concentrated on a group.
Just because Paul by your lights just focused on the Gentiles and a stripped down version of Christ's message doesn't mean that Christ's message varies with target audiences.
