The Ten Commandments are all reiterated in the New Testament, page-9

"only had come for the 'house of Israel' "

OT physical and literal events were foreshadows of the NT spiritual times -> God's NOW Israel is those people of Jesus's.
They are considered citizens of Israel, Jerusalem above being their mother etc.

Example -> Literal Temple and spiritual Temple = people etc.
