Just as a further comment/idea as I do further research, SpringTree Special Opportunities Fund appears to be a new company formed by SpringTree Global Investors.
KTA Group's clients have participated in some placements/capital raisings on the ASX fairly recently as well. One would hope that KTA Group know their clients have actually got the means to fund these convert. notes.
