Yes both positions are naked. I'm an active options trader and monitor my positions every day. Unfortunately for NCM shareholders adopting a Buy and Hold strategy, the last 12 months would have produced close to zero gain. Using this options method allows me to scalp $1.00 - $1.50 per month. Yes there are risks, but I find NCM an easy stock to manage.

$37.35 not a bad entry price on NCM, can flick the stock out straight away or write covered calls.

$43.15 break even on the upside, so there would have to be a substantial increase in price in the next three weeks.


We are investing/trading in very unique times, and if it's one thing I've learnt recently is that things change in the blink of an eye, so always will prepared to change your opinion on a stock/trade if the circumstances change.
