My thesis, why you promote from the hill tops that you raise money for drilling and fail to do so, you may just anger people. When you say in year 2013 that you will be drill a hole per month and fail miserably, you may just anger people. When you promote and fail to deliver, you may just anger people.

I am currently dealing with the biggest gorilla in the Middle East, very demanding but very uncompromising if any of their constructor miss deadlines or fail to deliver as promoted or scheduled.

Peopl place money into organisations based on information presented to them, when significant money (paper loss) results due to failure to deliver or even do as promoted from the hill tops, anger may get replaced as down right furious.

My thesis, if monkey says, monkey do. If this simple rule can not be applied, a very detailed explanation and very early into the failures or changes to minimise angst, investor confidence and investor paper losses.

Central can croak all they want, but deliver the plans, not flip flop on the diameter of a dime. If you flip,flop, no proble as long as explanation is clear, not googbely googbely and early into change of direction.

Thesis, common sense and respect.

Now dear fellow, I make no bones about this fact, should this penny dreadful tank to where my person fundamental assessments indicate, I shall buy with intent to use my purchases to maintain a name in print and voting rights.

I do want to see changes on numerous fronts, the share price as pathetic as it is deserves a overhaul, I know where I would start my own personal assessment based on share price performance since wrongful removal of JH. Just my own personal desires based on a very concerning near four (4) years of central share price performance.

In a stand up presentation during 2013 even central them selves referred to them being a penny dreadful, twice actually, the share price significantly higher than now even on consideration of that less than inspiring 1:5 share split.
