I feel the same Ravi, I feel violated for having invested in a story one month only to be told of another the next month with no explaination until much further down the line, all to late by then. This company will hear from me until what is said actually occurs. When I buy a product at a shop I expect a refund or change of faulty product. In regards to central, I am that customer at the complaints counter making my self heard loud and clear until my good ate replaced with the order I originally placed.
