Almost certain to be related to the heavy shorting: ie foreknowledge of a large OPM (managed) position to be sold... so possibly insiders related to the seller short it first then they close it out with a large crossing at much lower prices.
Almost a certainty those short positions will be mostly cleared in upcoming reports.
