Maybe it is Povey (debt facility or new subsidiary run by Povey). Sounds outrageous but we can only guess.

I think we can rule out a raising. I think it is probable it has to do with finance though. What did they need for the agreement to be binding again. Was it 2 X $5 mill?
That equals the $10 mill stated on the video. Was the agreement signed off in the last 24 - 48 hrs?
