I wish they had, they are called "performance shares" for a reason.
Targets being reached and said shares vested are the positives for all holders.
When projected milestones are not achieved, the negative effect, as you can see with THD, is usually dramatic, regardless of the type of company, miner, tech, etc.
They have set new targets, I hope they reach those targets before their due date.
