I read every title brief, how much do you know with certainty, that they implemented and if sh.. hit the fan, can they follow through???
It maybe an improvement, IF they actually did it and are able to meet the fairy story hopes.
Way back I have read some serious info, one was backed by a person that has the record of forecasting the GFC and more and it was his opinion, if anything, next time we will be far worse off and he gave the reasons for it. One being, there will not be money for bailouts.
