Following from Bazzi's comment on the release today of an Australian NTN Report on the Lynas plant in Gebang - it seems likely because of the co-incidental timing that this was presented in evidence this afternoon (thanks Lucky).

Its a dense 30 page report.Just had a skim read of it (its in my field) and have written a few of these. Very clever by getting an OZ group to have their Report presented.

Don't know the group or the writers. Could be a fringe group of shit-stirrers for all I know. The qualifications of the two writers are nowhere near those of AELB, IEAE, Lynas etc. On the other hand it's well written and will require some time for MOSTI to digest and pull it apart. This will surely cause some delay IMO.
