In all the 3 three agreements there is one thing missing that I and others would expect to see announced to the market:
The minimum order quantities
As an example, the SE Asian distributor has been given exclusive rights to a region covering 340m people for one year.
"In addition to the terms and conditions outlined in the announcement, the Agreement is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and warranties typical of a contract of this type. AnteoTech has the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect upon the breach of a number of conditions."
What are these conditions? one would be failing to meet the minimum order requirement
I'm just putting this out to the forum first as I plan to send an email to the company but if this question has already been asked of the company and I missed the reply can you please post it here before I ask the same question
If the market had knowledge of these numbers then I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be sitting at around 20c ;-)
