very true Joh. psychopaths are inherently attracted to positions of power. they rise through the ranks by beating up on those above and below them and 'removing obstacles" to their rise.
the idea of elections is not merely to gain social licence to govern but to weed out the psychopaths.
and I agree that Biden is certainly of the same genre of emotionally retarded attention/power seekers. but at least he's far less destructive than Trump.
